Sie sind für die Vorbereitung der strategischen Geschäfte des Hochschulrates zuständig und verantworten die organisatorischen, personellen, finanziellen, rechtlichen und operativen Geschäfte. Vorausgesetzt werden ein Hochschulabschluss mit Promotion in Erziehungswissenschaft oder einer anderen einschlägigen Disziplin sowie ein Leistungsausweis in Lehre und Forschung, sehr gute Kenntnisse einer zweiten Kantonssprache, Vertrautheit mit den nationalen Bildungsdiskursen sowie eine hohe Vernetzung im Hochschulbereich. Als Rektorin oder Rektor verfügen Sie über hohe analytische Kompetenzen, agieren souverän in einem komplexen Umfeld und entwickeln kreativ und flexibel Lösungen.
